Wyndham Yacht Club Start of Sailing Season 2019/2020,

1100 Hours Sunday 6th of October with flag raising and official opening of our sailing season by Commodore Gail Lines. All members welcome, please come along to enjoy the gathering with other members.

Afterwards we will have a short sail, then a social gathering at Ramae's Lounge Bar Wyndham Harbour.

The Sunday Saunter Sail is not a race. Weather dependant participating boats will sail to a given mark then back to Wyndham Harbour.  All boats will have a departure time with the smallest water line boat leaving first and the largest water line boat leaving  last.

Our aim is to all arrive back at Wyndham Harbour at simular times, then enjoy a social gathering at Ramae's.

A short brieifing will be held after the flag raising ceremony at approximately 1130 Hours, each participating boat will receive there departure time and sail details of mark location.

Boat owners are encouraged to have there vessels ready to sail prior to all briefings, we also encourage skippers to give a safety briefing to all crew prior to departure.

Please remember this is not a race! We aim to have a fun sail day!
